This Privacy Policy explains how Primo Global Trading, Inc. ("Primo", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website at primotradingusa.com and our internal application Primo Books Sync (the "Application").
Primo Books Sync is a private, internal application. It is not distributed, sold or offered to the public. It is used solely by Primo Global Trading, Inc. and its authorized personnel to access Primo's own accounting records in Primo's own QuickBooks Online company file. We do not use it to access, process or store the accounting data of any other business.

2. Information the Application accesses
When an authorized Primo user connects the Application to Primo's QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's authorization process, the Application may read and write the accounting records in that company file, which can include:
- invoices, bills, credit notes, payments and journal entries;
- customer, vendor and supplier records maintained by Primo;
- the chart of accounts, bank and credit-card account records, and currency and exchange-rate data;
- financial reports generated from the above, such as profit and loss and aged payables;
- company profile information for Primo's own QuickBooks company.
All of this is Primo's own business data. The Application does not collect information from members of the public, and it does not access the QuickBooks company file of any third party.
3. Why we access it
Solely to run Primo's own bookkeeping and financial administration: recording and reconciling purchases and sales, applying payments and credits, correcting entries, and producing internal management and statutory reporting.
4. Information collected through our website
primotradingusa.com is an informational website. We do not require visitors to create an account. If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the contact details and the content of your message, and we use them only to respond to you and to manage our commercial relationship with you. Our hosting provider may record standard technical server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, for security and reliability purposes.
5. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information or QuickBooks data. We do not share Primo's QuickBooks data with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals. We disclose information only:
- to service providers that operate infrastructure on our behalf (for example our website host and the authorization service that stores the access token used to connect to QuickBooks), bound to process it only on our instructions;
- to our professional advisers, such as accountants and auditors, under a duty of confidentiality;
- where required by applicable law, regulation, or a binding request from a competent authority.
6. Security
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization. We never ask for, receive or store QuickBooks usernames or passwords. Access and refresh tokens are held in encrypted storage and transmitted only over encrypted connections (TLS). Access to the Application and to the connected credentials is limited to authorized Primo personnel who need it for their work.
7. Retention and deletion
Accounting records are retained in Primo's QuickBooks Online company for as long as required for Primo's business, tax and statutory record-keeping obligations. Authorization tokens are retained only while the connection is active. When the Application is disconnected from QuickBooks — through the QuickBooks "Apps" screen, through the Application, or by written request to us — the tokens are revoked and deleted, and the Application can no longer access the company file.
8. International transfers
Primo is a United States company and its service providers may process data in the United States and in other countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in a manner consistent with this policy.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to contact@primotradingusa.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Relationship with Intuit
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Primo Global Trading, Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. Data held in QuickBooks Online is also governed by the agreements between Primo and Intuit and by Intuit's own privacy statement.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page, with the effective date shown above, is the version that applies.
